4、ingtheproperproductforhisparticularneeds.Theexistenceofsuchstandardsandpublicationsshallnotinanyrespectprecludeanymemberornon-memberoftheAssociationfrommanufacturingorsellingproductsnotconformingtosuchstandardsandpublications.NorshallthefactthatastandardorpublicationispublishedbytheAssociati

5、onprecludeitsvoluntaryusebynon-membersoftheAssociationwhetherthedocumentistobeusedeitherdomesticallyorinternationally.RecommendedstandardsandpublicationsareadoptedbytheESDAinaccordancewiththeANSIPatentpolicy.InterpretationofESDAStandards:Theinterpretationofstandardsin-so-farasitmayrelatetoas
