2、y,andthe"Grantees'5collectively）.本激励期权协议（“本协议”）由Martin,一位持有编号为S2598519B新加坡护照的新加坡公民（“授予人”）和布什（单独称为“被授予人”，合称“各被授予人”）于2009年7月6日签订。TheGrantorandtheGranteesarecollectivelyreferredtoasthe'Parties"andeachofthemasa"Party".授予人和各被授予人合称“各方”，单独称为“一方”Whereas,theGrantorowns100%issu

5、menttotheGroup,theGrantorhasagreedtogranttotheGrantee,andtheGranteehasagreedtoacceptfromtheGrantor,anincentiveoption（the“Option"）topurchasecertainnumberofordinarysharesoftheCompany（the"OptionShares11）assetforthinScheduleAtothisAgreement.鉴于，被授予人对公司及其诸子公司（合称“集团”）的成长有所贡献
