1、毕业论文（设计）论文题目无锡市小额信贷问题研究姓名学号院系专业指导老师职称中国•二0一三年五月摘要小额额信贷一般是指向穷人提供金融服务，在多数情况下是小额贷款，最早出现于70年代,由诺贝尔和平奖得主穆罕默德•尤努斯(MuhammadYunus)开创。小额信贷机构一直在为全世界的穷人发放小额贷款，数以千计的案例研究表明，这些小额贷款对减少贫困、改善健康状况、提高教育水平以及促进“妇女赋权”多有助益。为了实现共同富裕，我国近年来借鉴国外小额贷款的成功经验，发展了中国的小额贷款业务。但是进过实践发现，小额信贷在国内的实施还存在很多的问题。本文在
2、了解无锡市小额信贷发展现况及特点的基础上，针对无锡市中小企业贷款难的原因，提出无锡市小额信贷发展中存在的问题，如机构模式不合理并通过真实的案例进行分析，列举出借鉴国际经验结合口身实际，加强小额信贷的监管，发挥财政作用等建议。小额信贷对无锡市经济乂好乂快的发展起着重要的作用。但它自身仍然存在很多不足，在积极发展小额信贷同时，应针对口身情况对该模式进行改进和创新以克服其缺陷。关键词：无锡市小额信贷金融服务中小企业AbstractSmallamountofcreditisgenerallypointtotheprovisionoffinanci
