2、全”的小商业生产运作模式充分的将融合后的企业中的服务业和物流业分离岀来，面对t距离的同时充分培育笫三方物流企业，需要积极探索科学管理物流业，从而使管理费用的大幅度降低和物流市场的到规范。在此之后就是要与国际物流的衔接加强国际物流各人企业之间的交流及合作，虚心学习国外企业的采购，物流与供应链管理方面的先进理念、模式、技术与管理。关键词：成木；物流；策略；发展；中小企业；管理Abstract:China'ssmallandmediumenterprisesthroughtheunderstandingandanalysisoflogisticstorecognizesmallan
