1、胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗心房颤动的疗效研究作者：李华徳，宁观林，李冬华作者单位：(广东省吴川市人民医院，广东吴川525400)【摘要】目的：探讨胺碘舸联介稳心颗粒治疗心房颤动的疗效和安全性。方法:将2007年1月至2008年1月间在我院住院治疗的房颤(AF)患者随机分为观察组和对照组，两组均给予胺碘酮治疗，观察组同时给予稳心颗粒治疗，评定两纽.治疗效果和副作用。结果:治疗后两组心室率均较治疗前叽显降低，两者比较差异具有统讣学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组心室率明显低于对照组，两者比较差异具仃统计学意义(P<0.05)o观察组转复所用时间明显短于对照组，两者■

2、比较差异具冇统计学意义(PG.05)。观察组房颤转复率为92.85%,对照组为88.09%,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)o观察组房颤总冇效率为90.47%,对照组为76.19%，两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组房颤复发率为2.63%,对照组为15.63%,两者比较差异貝有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未影响治疗，无肺纤维化、视力模糊、促心律失常作用等严重并发症。结论:胺碘酗联合稳心颗粒治疗心房颤动能显著提高临床治疗效果，无明显毒副作用，值得推广。【关键词】胺碘酮；稳心颗粒；心房颤动ObservingtheEffectofA
