3、veneuralcontrolforaclassofuncertainstochasticpure-feedbacknonlinearsystemswithtime-varyingdelays.Majortechnicaldifficultiesforthisclassofsystemsliein:(1)theunknowncontroldirectionembeddedintheunknowncontrolgainfunction;and(2)theunknownsystemfunctionswithunknowntime-varyingdelays.Base
4、donanovelcombinationoftheRazumikhinNussbaumlemma,thebacksteppingtechniqueandtheNNparameterization,anadaptiveneuralcontrolscheme,whichcontainsonlyoneadaptiveparameterispresentedforthisclassofsystems.Allclosed-loopsignalsareshowntobe4-Momentsemi-globallyuniformlyultimatelyboundedinaco
