5、heSecondEditionoftheGlossarywaspublishedinApril2003.Inthepastyear,theSecuritiesandFuturesOrdinance(SFO)commencedoperationandbroughtinamuchimprovedregulatoryregime.WehaveexpandedthesectionondefinedtermsundertheSFOtoincludeexpressionsintherelatedsubsidiarylegislationaswell.Thisandoth

6、ermodificationsmeantheThirdEditioncontainsover14,200terms,increasingfrom13,800previously.Thelayouthasalsobeenrevisedtoenhancereadability.Thislatesteditionisnotonlyavailableinprintedversion.ACD-ROMversionwithsearchfunctionsandotheruser-friendlyfeaturesisavailable.Wehopereaderswillfi
