2、过程控制进行对比，得出结论：只有通过对工程建设全寿命的各个阶段进行冇效的控制，才能达到对工程造价的最优控制的目的。工程造价偏高是造成我国高房价的重要原因，本文指出在建筑全寿命周期内影响工程造价的若干因素。分析其原因，得出我国建筑业的建造模式是制约和影响工程造价的主耍原因，将建筑物的工程造价控制在合理的范围内势在必行。关键词：全寿命周期；工程造价；投资控制；管理DiscussingthelifecyclecostmanagementAbstractCurrent1yourconstructionprojectcostmanagementisfarbe
