1、乙氧氟草醛对泥鍬毒性探究摘要:为了检测除草剂乙氧氟草醛对水生生物的毒性,以泥鍬(MisgurnusanguillicaudatusCantor)为试验对象,通过急性毒性试验、微核试验、单细胞凝胶电泳试验,来检测其对泥鍬的毒性效应。结果表明,乙氧氟草醞对泥鍬在24、48、72、96h的半数致死浓度(LC50)分别为36.66、32.86、28.92,27.39mg/L,安全浓度(SC)为7.92mg/Lo微核率和核异常率均随着染毒浓度的增加和时间的延长不断升高,呈现明显的时间剂量效应关系。在处理6d的最高浓度,微核率和核异常率达到最大份别为6.417%o±O.6
2、31%o和65.417%o±5.080%oo单细胞凝胶电泳试验中,选取彗尾DNA含量、尾长、尾矩3个指标作为检测DNA受到损伤的认定标准,结果处理6d的16.00mg/L浓度达到峰值,单细胞彗尾DNA含量为43・06%±2.54%,尾长为268.00pix±8.49pix,尾矩为89.31±1.82o试验结果为乙氧氟草醞的合理使用以及环境污染监测提供了科学依据关键词:泥鍬(MisgurnusanguillicaudatusCantor);乙氧氟草;半数致死浓度;微核;单细胞凝胶电泳技术中图分类号:S966.4+91文献标识码:A文章编号:0439-8114(2
