2、范，保证了系统的顺利开发，为强化物业管理机制、完善管理制度和提高工作效率提供了有力的支持。随着电脑的普及，传统的物业管理已越来越不能满足当代物业管理的需要，故针对现代社会对小区管理的基本要求，利用所学JSP技术作为前台开发工具，SQLServer作为后台数据库，设计了本系统。本系统是对现代的小区物业管理进行模拟，实现了对人员的管理、小区内基本信息的管理与物业信息的维护。其中人员信息管理实现了对小区内的住户与工作人员的操作。小区内基本信息的管理实现了对楼房、停车场与设施信息的操作。物业信息的维护实现了住户投诉信息、住户报修信息、物业维修信息及收费情况的管理。物业管理系统是现
