2、信息技术所提供的技术支持和互联网金融环境，以网上银行为代表的电子商务活动开始被广泛应用，本次研究基于互联网时代网上银行经营环境的变化所带来的机会和挑战，通过文献的研究探讨，分析我国网上银行特征的基础上，阐明了我国网上银行对传统银行的影响，指出了我国网上银行发展特点、发展的趋势和发展现状，针对我国目前网上银行存在的安全、监管及网站服务等问题，借鉴国外成功经验并结合国内实际情况，进而提出一些有利于我国网上银行发展的建议，具体包括国内网上银行自身安全防范策略、国内网上银行金融监管策略和国内网上银行网站及业务服务策略，旨在推动
