1、第46卷第5期2014年10月南京航空航天大学学报JournalofNanjingUniversityofAeronautics&AstronauticsV01.46NO.50ct.2014功能电极烧蚀加工典型难加工材料实验研究徐安阳刘志东李文沛邱明波田宗军(南京航空航天大学机电学院,南京,210016)摘要:为研究功能电极电火花诱导烧蚀加工对难加工材料的适用性和影响因素,选取镍基高温合金GH4169、淬火模具钢Crl2、钛合金TC4、钛铝合金TAC-2四种典型难加工材料进行常规电火花加工(Electricdischargema—chining,EDM)和功能电极烧蚀加工对比实验。结果表
2、明:烧蚀加工对难加工材料有广泛的适用性,其加工效率分别为相同条件下常规电火花加工的37.3倍、13.5倍、58.7倍和13.7倍。研究发现:随着金属活泼性的提高,燃烧消耗和燃烧热的熔化作用增强,烧蚀作用增大;烧蚀加工表面的氧化层特性对烧蚀加工效率的提高有决定性作用;内喷液加工反镀现象的减小、烧蚀加工效率的提高量、氧化层的特性等因素决定着电极的相对损耗。关键词:烧蚀加工;功能电极;难加工材料;金属活泼性;氧化层中图分类号:TG662文献标志码:A文章编号:1005—2615(2014)05—0763—06ExperimentalStudyDionFunctionElectrodeAblat
