2、脏器重量,计算脏器系数。结果雌雄裸小鼠肾、脑重量差异有显著性(P<0.01),体重、心、肝、肾上腺重量差异有显著性(P<0.05),脑系数、肾上腺系数差异有显著性(P<0.01)。肾系数差异显著(P<0.05)。雄性裸小鼠体重与心、肝、肾、脑、肾上腺、睾丸有线性关系。雌性裸小鼠体重与肝、肾、胃有线性关系。结论BALBc雌雄裸小鼠的体重、心重量、肝重量、肾重量、脑重量、肾上腺重量、肾系数、脑系数、肾上腺系数具有差异,其体重与某些脏器存在一定的线性关系。【关键词】无特定病原体;小鼠,近交BALBc;脏器重量
