1、IL11保护中子照射后肠上皮损伤的Jak/STAT信号转导机制研究(作者:单位:邮编:)作者:王瑞娟,彭瑞云,高亚兵,常公民,徐新萍,付凯飞,罗庆良【摘要】目的:探讨IL"对中子照射后肠上皮内Jak/STAT通路的影响,并观察其对Bax和Bel2表达的影响。方法:BALB/c小鼠和IEC6细胞经4Gy中子照射和IL11处理分别作为肠上皮损伤的体内外模型,采用HE染色、Westernblot、EMSA、免疫组化和图像分析技术分别检测肠道病理变化、Jak1和STAT3活性及Bax和Bel2的表达。结果:⑴中子照射后,小鼠肠道损伤极为严重,且未
2、见明显再生;IL"治疗组隐窝上皮细胞及存活隐窝数量较多。(2)中子照射后,IEC6细胞Jak1和STAT3活性均减弱,IL11处理可增加二者活性。(3)中子照射后,小鼠肠道Bax表达增加,Bel2表达无明显改变;应用IL11可降低Bax表达,增加Bel2表达。结论:在中子辐射时,IL11可通过激活Jak/STAT通路,并下调Bax表达,上调Bel2表达,对肠上皮起到一定的保护作用。【关键词】放射;肠上皮;IL11;Jak/STAT;凋亡[Abstract]AIM:ToexploretheeffectofIL11ontheactivatio
