1、医学本科生临床见习现状的调查及分析喻萍I钟临锋2蒋立量'胡小三I夏林'唐梓瑜I吉渝南“(1•川北医学院医学影像学系09级2.川北医学院原学影像学系08级3.川北更学院临床医学系09级4.川北医学院预防医学系四川南充637000)【摘要】【目的】了解医学木科化临床见习现状,分析临床见习中的存在问题,为医学院校进一步完善见习管理制度,提高见习质量,培养高素质综合型医学人才提供理论依据。【方法】采用白行设计的调查问卷随机抽取川北医学院1000名医学生进行调杳,对问卷数据采川SPSS17.0软件进行统计学分析处理。【结果】临床见习实践机会少(84%),见习相关培训力度差(81.37%)是该
2、校见习管理现状不完善的主要影响因素。见习生临丿木见习重视程度,学习积极性,是否主动接触病人,自我认可度等不同心理行为均对见习质量影响有显著性差界(P<0.01),61.94%学生完全不了解卫生医疗法律法规。【结论】医学本科生临床见习受医学院见习管理制度不完善,教学资源不足,见习生医疗卫生法律法规认知低,见习生心理行为失衡等多种原因影响。【关键词】医学本科生临床见习现状ASurveyandAnalysisofMedicalUndergraduatesabouttheCurrentSituationofClinicalTrainingYUPing,ZHONGLin-feng,JIANG
