2、aptainOfThePortOrders(MSTB06-02).Theship'ssecurityofficerandMasterhaveconflictingproceduresforallowingvisitorsonboard,however,vesselisnotfollowingeither.RSOisrequiredtoconducttrainingwithMasterandSSOandfollowtheapprovedSSP.故請各輪SSO注意了一於今年年初在舊金山曾發生有人冒充碼頭工人上船並H預備偷渡到中阈，故在
