1、临床护士亚健康与中医体质的相关性研究黄平I罗仁I摘要：目的：木文对临床护士的屮医体质、健康状况进行了流行病学调查，旨在为进一步开展护理人员的健康保健提供参考。方法：使用中医体质量表（CCMQ）及自制的亚健康调查量表，对某市三甲医院临床科室的一线护士进行中医体质及亚健康状况的调查，并进行统计学分析。结果：健康人群中平和质占大部分（44人，56.4%）,偏颇体质34人，占43.6%；亚健康人群平和体质18人，占12.8%,偏颇体质123人，占87.2%；疾病人群平和质20人，占28.2%,偏颇体质51人，占71.8%。不同健康状态平和体质和偏颇体质
2、比较有显著性差异（X2=47.168,PV0.000）。临床护士健康人群与中医体质的Logistic回归分析结果显示，平和质与健康呈正相关，而血瘀质与健康呈负相关。临床护士亚健康人群与中医体质的Logistic回归分析结果显示，亚健康与气郁质和血瘀质均呈负相关。结论：临床科室的一线护士以平和质居多，而亚健康人群和疾病人群以气虚质、气郁质、血瘀质居多，其各种偏颇体质的分布和所占比例基本相同，提示在护理人员群体屮，健康人以平和体质为主，在健康人向亚健康转化的过程中其中医体质发生了转变。因此，调理体质状态，使偏颇体质向平和体质转化，对健康人降低患病机
