1、布拉酵母菌散剂治疗小儿消化不良性腹泻临床效果观【摘要】日的：探讨并观察布拉酵母菌散剂在治疗小儿消化不良性腹泻方面所具有的临床效果及安全性。方法：选取2012年1月-2015年1月于笔者所在医院进行腹泻治疗的198例患儿作为研究对象，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组98例采用常规对症治疗，口服密斯达、静脉滴注利巴韦林等，治疗组100例患儿在对照组基础上给了布拉酵母菌散剂进行治疗，两组患儿均连续治疗7d,并进行持续观察，然后将两组患儿的临床效果及不良反应发生率进行统计及分析。结果：治疗组屮显效72例，有效2

2、4例，总有效率为96.0%；对照组显效47例，有效30例，总有效率为78.6%,治疗组疗效优于対照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：小儿消化不良性腹泻采用布拉酵母菌散剂治疗效果比较明显，显著提高了疗效，同时不但能够有效地缓解临床症状，而且具有较高的安全性，值得临床推广应用。【关键词】布拉酵母菌散剂；小儿消化不良性腹泻；临床疗效观察中图分类号R725.7文献标识码A文章编号1674-6805(2016)9-0003-02[Abstract]Objective：Toinvestigateandobse
