1、毕业设计(20__届)太阳能光伏逆变电源研制方案摘要近年来,光伏发电技术有了广泛的应用,随着我国新能源法的颁布,光伏发电系统将在我国拥有更广阔的发展空间。逆变电源是光伏发电系统的重要部件,其逆变效率对光伏发电系统的应用产生较大影响。目前,纯正弦波输出逆变电源主要采用工频变压器升压输出。本课题的设计正是采用工频变压器升压输出,其中硬件主要为直流升压环节和逆变环节。在直流升压环节,本课题采用了Boost升压电路,使逆变之前的电压维持在一定的数值上,这样有利于提高逆变的效率,升压电路的控制器为UC3843电流型控制芯片。在逆变环节,主控芯片
2、采用ATmega16单片机,生成SPWM波并监视系统状态。全桥逆变电路采用IRS2453D为驱动控制芯片,实现DC-AC转换,简化了驱动电路设计,同时采用LC滤波电路使输出的波形更接近正弦波。软件部分,程序主要包括SPWM波算法,AD采样调节,软件保护算法(短路保护),并采用软件滤波,从而产生高质量的电压输出波形。本课题通过翻阅大量的相关文献资料,分析整理出有关信息,采用对比选择、模块独立、综合处理的研究方法,结合实际情况选出最优方案进行设计。关键词:DC-AC;恒压充电;SPWM;Boost电路AbstractInrecentyea
