1、MRI检查常见伪影的产生机制及解决拈施[摘耍]冃的:研究磁共振成像中常见伪影的产生原因与抑制方法,以减少MRI检查时产生的伪影,提高图像质暈,为临床提供良好的影像资料。方法:收集我院168例患者不同类型和不同程度MRI图像伪影病例,进行系统性分析,其中,四肢扫描17例,脊柱扫描37例,头颈部扫描71例,腹部扫描43例。结果:卷褶伪影36例,占21.4%;容积效应伪影10例,占5.9%;化学位移伪影12例,占7.2%;运动伪影66例,占39.2%;磁化率伪影及金属伪影24例,占14.3%;交叉伪影9例,占5.4%;截断伪影11例,占6.6%。结论:了解各种伪影产生的机制,利用各种有效技术抑制

7、esonanceimaging;Artifacts随着磁共振(MRI)临床应用的普及,高质量的MRI影像对疾病的诊断价值显得更加重要。磁共振成像己经广泛地应用于临床,在人类疾病的诊断中发挥着重要的作用[1],与其他医学影像技术比较,MRI出现的伪影最多,也最严重。所谓伪影,是只在磁共振扫描或信息处理过程小,由于某一种或儿种原因出现了一些人体本身不存在的、致使图像质量下降的影像,也称为假影或鬼影[2],伪影实际上也是MRI
