1、金银花新品种华金2号光合特性探究□口摘要:为了解金银花新品种华金2号的光合特性,以传统农家品种鸡爪花为对照,采用LI-6400XT便携式光合仪,测定二者的光合参数。结果表明:华金2号金银花净光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,经相关性分析,净光合速率(Pn)与气孔导度(Cond)和光合有效辐射(PAR)极显著正相关,与空气温度(Ta)和蒸腾速率(Tr)显著正相关,与胞间C02浓度(Ci)显著负相关,和相对湿度(RH)相关性不显著。华金2号最大净光合速率(Amax)和光饱和点(LSP)均值分别为13.91pmol•m-2-s-1和1426.67pmol•m-2•s-1,高于
2、鸡爪花(13.06pmol•m-2•s-1,1065.33pmol•m-2•s-1),而光补偿点(LCP)均值为40pmol•m-2•s-1,低于鸡爪花(56pmol•m-2•s-1L华金2号较传统农家品种鸡爪花的光适应范围更广,耐阴性更强,光合速率更高,而较高的光合速率又是植株高产的前提,本试验初步的光合特性研究,可为华金2号新品种的推广和栽培提供参考关键词:华金2号;新品种;金银花;光合特性中图分类号:S567.7+9文献标识号:A文章编号:1001-4942(2017)05-0063-05StudyonPhotosyntheticCharacteristi
