1、中国石油大学(北京)毕业设计(论文)大庆朝阳沟联合站初步设计学生姓名:XXXXX学号:XXXXXX专业班级:油气储运工程XXXX班指导教师:XXXX2012年6月20日摘要大庆朝阳沟联合站的设计是以储运教研室下达的任务书为依据完成的。联合站是地面集输系统屮的重要组成部分,在站屮将井口采出物进行必要的加工处理,然后将成詁原油外输。该联合站东西长433米,南北宽329米,年处理量为80万吨,釆用密闭流程。站外來油经三相分离器、缓冲罐、脱水泵、加热炉、电脱水器、稳定塔等处理后,经外输泵,计量后外输。站内划分为油罐区
2、,污水处理区,工艺区,配电区,消防区,辅助生产区,设计时设计了有泵流程,同吋也考虑了停电流程,即事故流程。在设计的过程中我首先参考了相关资料,然后根据相关设计参数进行基本计算和设备选型,接着确定了总平面布置和联合站的工艺计算,最后完成了联合站总平面布置图和工艺流程图,设计并绘制了脱水泵的管线安装图。关键词:联合站;分离;生产流程;设备ABSTRACTThedesignofDaqingChaoyanggoucentraltreatingstationwascomplicatedaccordingtotheass
