1、AbstractThelnagncticsliapcmemoryalloy(MSMA)isanewfunctionallnatcrialwithlargemagnetic-fieId-inducestrain,greatoutputstrain,highresponsespeedandstrongenergydensity.Inthisdissertation,theexperimentalstudiesofmagneto-mechanical-thermalcouplingpropertiesandcontrolstrategie
2、swithNBMnGaalloyhavebeencarriedout.Tlicinainresearchcontentsarcasfollows:(1)Basedontheexperimentalstudiesofmagneto-mechanica1-1herma1couplingproperties,thecloselynonlinearrelationshipamongpre-stress,controllingmagneticfield,operatingtemperatureanddeformationrateofMSMAw
3、asobtained.ApredictionmodelofthedrivingperformanceofMSMAwasproposedbasedonBPneuralnetwork,andparameterofthepredictionmodelwasoptimizedthroughthegeneticalgorithmTheresultsshowedagoodcorrespondingrelationshipamongpre-stress,controledmagneticfield,operatingtenperatureandd
4、efonnationrateofMSMA・(2)InviewofthetraditionalMSMAactuatorwhichwasusedtheexcitationcoilthatledtorisethetemperatureofMSMAactuator.Inthisthesis,theoptimummeasureswereproposed・ConparedwiththetraditionalmagneticcontrolloopofMSMAactuator,therewerepermanentmagnetandcoolerins
5、tallationstolowerthetemperatureofMSMA.Somesimulationswerecarriedoutuponelectromagneticfieldandtemperaturefield・ThesimulationsindicatedthatthedesigneddrivingmagneticcontrolloopofMSMAactuatorcanmeettherequirements-(3)BasedonthemodelofMSMAactuator,therelationshipbetweenth
6、einputvoltageandtheoutputdisplacementwasobtained.BasedontheinherenthysteresisnonlinearityofMSMAactuator,thehysteresismodelofMSMAactuatorwasbotained.InordertoreducehysteresisnonlinearityofMSMAactuatorandimprovethepositioningaccuary,weusedtwocontrolstrategieswhichwerethe
