1、PLC控制350混凝土搅拌机物机0723崔祥摘要随着城市建设的快速发展，混凝土搅拌机得到广泛地应用。混凝土搅拌机属于双锥型拌筒正转搅拌，反转岀料的自落式混凝土搅拌机。是建筑工地、道路、桥梁水电等工程和中小型混凝土构件厂生产的理想机械。因为目前混凝土搅拌机工作循环的控制全部是用模拟电路来实现的，所以呢，它的自动化程度还不高、可靠性差。为了能提高混凝土搅拌机的叮靠性以及进一步实现□动化，我想出了用PLC來实现对混凝土搅拌机的控制。在论文中我主要完成了以下的工作：PLC(S7-200)和混凝土搅拌机的介绍、用CAD画混凝土搅拌
2、机的电器控制图、用CADI師出PLC的外部接线图以及顺序控制图、用STEP7-Micro/W1N编写了控制搅拌机的动作程序并成功了进行了调试，在论文的最后对混凝土搅拌机的安装、维护和保养作了介绍。S7-200是一种小型的可编程序控制器，适用于各行各业，各种场合中的检测、监测及控制的口动化。S7-200系列的强大功能使其无论在独立运行中，或相连成网络皆能实现复杂控制功能。因此S7-200系列具有极高的性能/价格比。因此用S7-200控制混凝土搅拌机是具有重要的现实意义。关键词：混凝土搅拌机、PLCS70-200.S7-20
