1、摘要不知不觉大学四年快要结束了，这次的毕业设计是我在这四年大学的一个检验，我做的是旋挖钻机的液压系统，在这次设计之前，经过老师的指导以及各种途径的查找资料，我首先确定了选型，知道了旋挖钻机的用途，并把旋挖钻机的型号定为SR200C,然后查找并研究了旋挖钻机的发展历程以及国内外的发展状况，让我对旋挖钻机有了进一步的了解，接下来开始对SR200C型旋挖钻机的设计，先确定旋挖钻机的整机布置，并确定设计参数，然后进行工况分析，钻进的工况分析，卷扬工况分析以及变幅和行走工况分析,接着设计回路，有泵控回路，动力头回
2、转回路，加压回路，主、副卷扬回路，变幅回路,行走回路，然后是各种液压马达的计算，动力头，主卷扬，副卷扬，还有行走马达。设计液压系统少不了对液压缸的设计，旋挖钻机有3个油缸，分别是，加压油缸，动臂变幅油缸，钻杆变幅油缸，然后我选择确定泵的流量和工作压力，接下来确定主油管的管径，然后确定油箱的容量，然后进行系统的功率损失验算以及温升验算，最近进行旋挖钻机的技术与经济分析得岀结论。然后开始绘图，整个设计从开始的选型到最后的绘图，让我对旋挖钻机有了一定的认识与了解，也增强了我的自主学习的能力。AbstractU
