1、本课题研究的是HZS90混凝土搅拌站灰料输送系统，这种混凝土搅拌站是由配料、搅拌、电气控制系统等部分组成的全H动混凝土拌制成套设备，具有高精度的微机控制系统,同时配有单独手动控制，具有配比贮存，落差自动补偿，砂石含水率补偿，并配有打印系统，能自动完成预定批次生产。它属强制高效型设备，可生产、塑性、干硬性混凝土等多种混凝土，生产效率高。广泛应用于大型建筑施工、道路、桥梁工程中，是生产商品混凝土的理想设备。主机采用双卧轴强制式搅拌机，搅拌质量好生产效率高：骨料、水泥、水、液体外加剂均釆用电子秤计量方式计量，配料
2、精度高。整个系统釆用电脑集中控制，可配置打印机打印生产报表，系统设计集中控制室，人行走台，可全方位检测系统生产。螺旋输送机是在化工、建材、粮食等部门中广泛应用的一种输送设备，它属丁不具有挠性牵引构件的输送机械，适于输送黏性小的粉状、粒状及小块物料，不宜输送易变质的、黏性大的、易结块的及大块的物料。螺旋输送机一般由传动装置、头节、屮间节、屮间轴承、尾节组成。传动装置一般为减速机直联传动、电机皮带传动，也可以设计为链传动。进出料口的布置形式比较简单：进料口装在头节或尾节均可，也叮以采用多点进料多点出料。螺旋输送
