1、连接支架冲压模具设计摘要在现代制造业小，模具属于-•种特殊加工工艺装备，而且在工业加工领域小,它的地位也是随着制造业的发展而变的越來越重要。模具可以使工件加工的操作变的简单，一套高精度的模具可以在保证被冲压件精度的同时使加工效率大大提高，而且可以使被加工件达到高效、成批量生产，同时也可以降低加工成本。冲压模具的工作原理可以简单理解为是通过压力的作用，使模具小凹凸模相互配合，从而可以对模具中的条料完成冲裁、折弯、拉深等加工工艺，所以在设计制造模具的过程小，对凸模、凹模的设计与选用是尤为关键的。本次设

2、计加工的是连接支架的冲压模具。首先是对被冲压的工件进行工艺分析，被冲压的零件是连接支架，该零件形状结构比较复杂，其加工过程小包含了落料、冲孔、弯曲等加工工艺，找出该零件合适的加工方案和选择合适的模具类型加工。其次根据被冲压件的加工耍求来查阅相关书籍设计模具的齐个部件，包括个部件的工艺计算和选用，例如材料的选用、模具架的选用、凹凸模刃口的计算、冲裁压力的计算等。接着根据前面分析计而算得到的数据，画出模具的装配图和主要部件的零件图。最终生产加工该套模具，保证其工艺技术要求。关键词：加工工艺，多工位级进
