1、HandlingguidelinesforenginewaterpenetrationcaseA&B进水发动机的处理指导方案，分为A&B两种情况：A:Theenginedoesn^trevealanyclearwaterpenetrationdamageonpistonsandcrankcase.发动机进水了，但是活塞和缸体无明显进水损坏的现象LCarryoutshorttestwithstar-Dandprintouttestresult.进行DAS快速测试，打印初始Log2.Removeairfiltertocheckforwatermarkandtake

2、photos.拆卜•空气格检查进水痕迹并拍照；3.Removeintakemanifoldtocheckforwatermarkandtakephotos・拆下进气歧管检查进水痕迹并拍照；4.Itismandatorytoremovethecylinderheadsandusecalipertomeasurepistonsheightinfourdirections&combustionspace,comparethemeasuredvaluestoeachothers・Recordthemeasurementdatawithphotosandinputtoi

3、nspectionsheet.必须拆下缸盖，并用卡尺测量活塞四个方向的高度和缸体上的燃烧宗的高度，对所有缸测得的数据进比对，并对所测数据进行拍照并摊入相关检查表中；5・Measurepistonsdiameter&cylinderboresdiameterandfillinthedatatothesheetasattached.测量所有活塞和缸套的尺寸，并填入相关的检查表屮；6.Removeandmeasurecrankshaftbearingsclearanceandfillintheattachedsheet.拆下曲轴，测量曲轴大瓦间隙，并填入相关检查表中
