1、摘要口国家提出蓝色经济区的宏伟战略以来，海洋产业成为近年來沿海城市发展的重点，黄骅港处于环渤海经济圈的小部位置，其发展面临着良好的发展机遇。黄骅港临港物流园区正是基于国家的蓝色经济区发展规划所提出的，依托于沧州市的发展，黄骅港临港物流园区的建设必将给沧州市的发展带来极大的经济效益和社会效益。随着传统运输业的市场化及现代物流业的发展，物流园区建设已成为现代物流业发展的新趋势，对于物流园区进行合理规划成为物流园区能否顺利实施的关键。木文在国内外物流规划设计理论分析的基础上，结合沧州市物流发展现状及黄骅港的物流发展的区位优势，对黄骅港临港物流园区进行规划。首先分析黄骅港

2、的物流条件，结合物流条件进行园区的整体规划；然后对黄骅港临港物流园区进行功能区划并在功能区划的基础上运用系统布置设计（SLP）进行布局规划，分析各区域间的物流关系和非物流关系。本研究通过对黄骅港临港物流园区的布局规划，能够提高黄骅港物流园区的物流运作效率，提高物流的组织化水平和集约化程度，从而带动黄骅港整个物流系统的作业能力，为黄骅港临港物流园区布局规划提供决策参考。关键字：黄骅港；物流园区；布局规划；系统布置设计；AbstractSincethecountryoffersthegrandstrategyofblueeconomiczone,oceanindust
