2、一种适合屮国车牌的识别系统。本文对车牌识别技术的研究，主要的创新有三个方面：1基于小波分析的方法，成功地解决了车牌定位系统中传统的图像识别手段很难解决的三个问题；2本文对图像获収的摄像系统自适应控制技术进行了研究，创造性的提出了行驶车辆图像获取的摄像机口适应控制系统(AcquringImageAdaptiveControlSystem,MACS),很好的解决了车牌识别系统的全天候的问题；3本文还对车牌识别的定位、切分、识别进行了详细的研究，并分别提出了几种实用的新算法。关键词:车牌识别，图象识别，小波分析PlatepositioningsystemAbstractWiththera
