2、愿、等价有偿的基础上进行协商。Article1PurposefortrusteeshipInordertoinspiretheinvestorstosubscribethesharesofYAHUIAGRICULTUREPLCsubjecttotheSubscriptionProceduresofPrivatePlacementmadebyUKAXIOMCAPITALandhelptheinvestorscompletetheregistration,transfer,anddeliveryofsharessuccessful

3、ly,aswelltoprotecttheirlegalrightandinterests,basingontheequality,voluntaryandcompensationofequalvalue,thegrantorandthetrusteearenegotiatingfriendlyonfundstrusteeship.第二条托管方享有下列权利：有权监督托管资金的用途；可适时向受托方查询账目；有权追加托管资金，并不受数额限制；经受托方同意，股权认购专项投资资金托管期限为2个月，即受托方在2个月内，仍然未办理好英国雅
