1、杭州分水制笔产业集群化发展的现状与对策研究毕业论文（20__届）杭州分水制笔产业集群化发展的现状与对策研究摘要IV杭州分水制笔产业集群化发展的现状与对策研究随着世界经济的快速发展，国际上大多数具有竞争力的产业以产业集群的模式发展起来，并且日益成为世界经济格局的主角。分水制笔业起步于上世纪70年代末。凭借改革开放带来的机遇，分水人依托义乌小商品市场使制笔业迅速崛起，90年代后开始上规模加快发展。然而，随着我国国力增强和经济深度发展引发的资源控制和成本上升，都使得中国传统产业集群的低成本优势正日渐消失。因此，研究我国传统产业集群如何调整发展模式，通过创建和把握核心竞争力来实现
2、产业升级，对我国传统产业集群的生存和发展乃至国家经济增长，都具有重要的现实意义。本研究对分水镇一些中小制笔企业进行了调查，旨在了解分水制笔产业集群的发展现状和存在的问题，并针对问题提出相应的问题，研究发现，分水制笔产业集群化发展虽然发展快速，但是在快速发展的过程中也暴露出许多问题，如缺乏自主品牌，企业创新能力差，企业别锁定在全球产业链的末端，企业战略缺失，自身定位低，职工整体素质偏低，企业经营管理体制落后等。针对以上问题，本研究认为只有实施品牌联盟，建立自己的区域品牌，集群内建立起一条完整的产业链，发挥集群的协调效应强化技术创新，制定明确的企业战略目标，加强政府引导，加快
