1、毕业论文（20__届）宁波市秸秆资源开发利用研究I摘要改革开放以来，我国社会经济的快速发展与常规能源的供应相对短缺的矛盾日益突出。为了保证国民经济的快速发展，适应时代的要求，需要寻找替代能源，开发可再生能源。我国秸秆资源十分丰富，年产量约有7亿吨，多年来一直没有找到合适的途径消耗秸秆，因此造成大量的秸秆资源被浪费掉。随着科学技术的发展，秸秆发电成为当前最有发展前景的一种产业之一。近几年来，我国山东、河南等省秸秆发电项目已开始建立，并取得了较好的经济、社会和环境效益。宁波是我国东部沿海的经济发达地区和能源消费大市，常规能源及其匮乏地区，但风能、太阳能及生物质
2、能相对丰富。宁波市开发利用秸秆有利于增加能源供应渠道，提高能源供应安全；有利于积极发展新能源新兴产业；有利本地生物质能资源的综合利用；也有利农村环境的治理和生态环境保护。本文在总结国内外先进成果与经验的基础上，通过对宁波市秸秆资源开发潜力和秸秆发电项目的可行性评估，从资本投入、政府政策、各部门协调等方面提出利用秸秆资源发电的对策建议，与此同时，也为地方政府相关部门及投资者提供决策参考。关键词：生物质能；秸秆发电；开发潜力；可行性评估I宁波市秸秆资源开发利用研究---基于电力开发视角AbstractSincethereformandopening,theco
