2、cityconstructionwillalsoenrichthetheoryofecologicalcivilization.ToconstructecologicalcityinYichangistoresponsetotheconstructionofmega-city.Aswell,promotingthedevelopmentofthecityshallmakeprogresstotheecologicalcivilizationconstructionofthecity.Onthebasisoftheconceptionandfundamentalt
3、heoriesofecologicalcity,thispaperdescribesnaturalenvironment,economicbase,culturalsituationandthepolicyadvantagesofYichang.Ontheonehand,torevealthepracticeandachievementsofecologicalcityconstructioninYichang,itsummarizesthedevelopmentofecologicalagriculturebytakingtheadvantagesofreso
4、urces,theecologicalconstructionofthenewdistrictandtheprosperityofsocialprograms.Ontheotherhand,byexhibitingthevariousproblemsinecologicalenvironment,economicdevelopment,citylayoutandfeatures,itanalyzestheproblemsbehind:thecitypositioningofYichangisnotaccurate,pollutionandenergyconsum
5、ptionproblemsstillexist,theimbalancebetweenurbanandruralareas,industrydevelopmentandsoon.Finally,combiningwiththecharacteristicsofYichang,itputsforwardtheguidingideologyandspecificpathsofecologicalcityconstructioninYichang.Theguidingideologyincludestheoverallplan,reformandtransportat
6、ionsupport.ThespecificpathsshallbecoiTespondtothereasonsofexistingproblems,includingoptimizingthecitylayoutbyclearpositioning,transformingdevelopmentmethodsbyrenewingtheidea,unitingtheconstructionforcebyintegratingvariousresources,innovationmechanismtoraisefundsinmanyways,optimalmana
