4、inordertoguaranteetheremittancecollectionofexportenterprises.Ittakesforeignbuyercreditriskasitsinsurancesubject,theinsurerismainlyresponsibleforthelosscausedbythecommercialriskswhichtheexportenterpriseswillfaceincludedthebuyerinsolvency,defaultpaymentorrejectthe
5、goodsandothercommercialrisks,andbythepoliticalriskofthebuyers’country.AfterChina’sreformandopeningup,inthe1980s,astheletterofcreditwasbeingusedinmorethan85%ofexporttrade,exportcreditriskdoesnotgetenoughattention.After1990s,withincreasingexportcompetition,exporte
6、rs,inordertoprovideimportersmorefavorabletermsoftrade,lettersofcreditwasonlyusedin20%oftheconditions.Inthissituation,thebuyerriskisincreasing,sothemanagementoftheexportexchangecreditriskisnecessary.In2008,aftertheinternationalfinancialcrisiscausedbytheAmericanlo
7、ancrisis,withthesetbackoftherealeconomyinChina’smainexporttradingpartners.China’sexporttradewasunderattack.ThecreditriskandtheForeignexchangesettlementriskwhichconfrontedChina’sexportenterpriseswererising.WhenfacingtheForeignexchangesettlementriskbroughtbythefin
