4、mbershipofChineseCommunistPartyhasmadeanumberofremarkableachievementsinthewholeworld,thestructureofpartymemberhaschangedalot.Inquittingtheparty,inordertosolvetheproblemofquittingtheparty,thepartyhascontinuallyadjustontheregulationoftheexitingsysteminthepreviousCongress,a
5、ndalsodealwiththesituationofsomepartymemberswhohadquitinhistory.Inrecognitionoftheachievementsoftheworkofjoiningandquittingtheparty,wecannotignoretheexistenceofsomeimportantissuesatthesametime.Chinaisnowinacriticalperiodofbuildingamoderatelyprosperoussocietyandacrucialpe
