2、veradioresourcemanagementstrategywhichcanimprovetheresourceefficiencyandmeettheQoSrequirementisveryimportantfortheGreenCommunicationSystems.Firstofall,abriefintroductionoftheradioresouivemanagementtechnologiesisgiven.Somecommonresourcesblockschedulingandpowerallocationstrategiesares
3、ummarized.Meanwhile,theQoSguaranteeandhighenergyefficiencyservicesareanalyzed.Furthermore,theanalysisofaradioresourceschedulingstrategy,whichachievestheoptimaleffectivecapacityoftheOFDMAsysteminsingle-cellwithmulti-users,ispresentedbasedonthedefinitionofeffectivecapacity.Ajointpower
4、allocationstrategyforresourceblockwiththeconstraintonthetotalaveragepowerofusersisalsoproposed.Finally,theeffectiveenergyefficiencyfunctionisdefinedontheeffectivecapacity.Anovelresourceblockschedulingstrategywithfairnessconsiderationisproposed,whichcanachievethenearoptimaleffectivec
5、apacityofthesystemThen,thepowerallocationstrategyisanalyzedtomaximizeeffectiveenergyefficiencyofoneresourceblock.TherelationshipbetweentheQoSparametersandtheoptimalpower,thepowerandeffectiveenergyefficiency,effectivecapacityandeffectiveenergyefficiencyarealsoanalyzed.Theresouicesche
