1、单相IGBT变频电源研究摘要目前各大油田在开釆含胶质沥青,含蜡和凝固点高的“三高”原油方面,通常采用空心抽油杆工频加热技术。为了解决稠油井热釆中工频加热效果差和浪费电能等问题,利用脉冲宽度调制(PWM)和正弦波脉冲宽度调制技术(SPWM)变频技术,研制了中频电源,为加热电缆提供电压、频率及功率都连续可调的电源,从而解决了原工频情况下三相变单相造成的电网不平衡而对电网的污染,提高了功率因数,改善了加热效果。变频电源的设计本着实用和性能稳定的原则。电源的主体主要由大功率的电力器件绝缘门极双极型晶体管(IGBT)构成
2、的逆变电路组成,能承受很大的电压和电流,控制部分采用单片机进行控制,具有很丰富的程序指令,执行速度快捷,控制方式灵活,输岀功率大,变化运行频率方便,保护配置合理、优化,整体结构适合野外环境。系统实现了软启动,对电网污染小,操作简单、自动化程度高,运行稳定,加热效果良好。关键词:中频电源,PWM,SPWM,逆变电路,IGBTINVESTIGATIONOFSINGLE-PHASEIGBTVARIABLEFREQUENCYPOWERSUPPLYABSTRACTAtpresent,manybigoil-fieldsar

6、sbasedontheprinciplesofutilityandstableperformance.ThemainpartofthesourceiscomposedoflargepowerelectricelementsIsolatedGateBipolarTransistor(IGBT)makingupofinversioncircuit,whichcouldbearlargevoltageandcurrent.Thecontrollingpartofthesourceisoftheone-chipwith
7、richprogramorders,characterizedbyfastrunning,flexiblecontrol,largeoutputpower,easilyvaryingrunningfrequency,reasonableprotectionconfiguration,structuresuitableforfieldenvironment.Sothesystemoperatestably,carryoutthesoftstart,increasetheprotectionfunction,pol
