1、毕业论文（20__届）国际碳排放权交易机制对中国“低碳之路”的影响研究摘要众所周知，全球变暖是当今世界必须面对的重要环境问题之一，碳排放权交易作为减少温室气体排放的有力措施之一,越来越受到世界各国的关注。《京都议定书》建立的国际排放贸易(ET)、联合履行机制(JI)和清洁发展机制(CDM)三种的国际合作减排机制，是实现减缓气候变化国际合作的重要机制。其中CDM是唯一由发达国家和发展中国家共同实施的双效机制。本文以碳排放权交易机制为研究对象，以推进中国“低碳之路”为导向，对碳排放交易机制的相关理论和实践问题进行了分析和研究。目的是分析当前碳排放交易制度的局限性，并厘清

2、对中国“低碳之路”的影响因素，从而构建新型碳排放权交易机制，为中国走“低碳之路”建言献策。本文研究的成果主要包括：对中国现行的排污许可证等制度的不足的总结；对欧盟“碳排放权交易”机制和芝加哥碳排放交易所的运行模式的分析；指出构建中国碳排放交易机制存在的问题，并总结出对应措施；分析碳排放交易机制对中国“低碳之路”的影响因素，从而得出走中国“低碳之路”的对策建议。关键词：中国与CDM；国际碳排放交易机制；中国“低碳之路”AbstractAsweallknow,globalwarmingisoneofthemostimportantenvironmentalissuest
