2、的重要设备，其工作稳定性，可靠性直接影响整条机组的辅助作业时间，进而影响整条机纽的工作效率。因此，废边卷取机的设计在轧钢生产屮有着极其重要的作用。废边卷取机工作原理：圆盘剪剪切下来的废边进入废边坑，然后人工将废边插入卷轴端部狭缝口中，再出油缸将压辘压下，启动电机，卷轴转动。废边缠绕于卷轴上，随着废边卷径的接近开关发出信号，控制废边机自动停机并发出卸卷信号。依次操作压辘汕缸。卷轴移动汕缸，将废边卷収机压辘抬起，卷轴抽出，由操作推料汕缸推动推料板将废料推到卷边机出口下方的废料筐中。对废边卷取机的研究和设计是
