4、overnmentshaveeitherissuedinterimreportsthatarepubliclyavailableorguidelinesfortheirpreparation.WefoundacountyinKansasthatpreparedasemiannualbudgetandactualpresentationforallfundsconsolidated,includingrevenuesbytypeandspendingbyprogramandfunction.Inaddition,agencyfundswerean

5、alyzedandamanagement’sdiscussionandanalysiswasincluded.Thenotestothebasicfinancialstatementswerenotincluded,butthepresentationseemedtobeonacashbasisofaccounting.Thegovernmentthatmycompanyisproposingservicesforpreparessimilardocumentsquarterlyalsoonacashbasisofaccounting.Thes
