3、internationalcommunityandinternationalorganizations,moreandmoreattentiontotheproblemofcorruption.TheemergenceoftheconceptandcooperativemechanismofBRICSisaproductoftheincreasingstrengthoftherisingeconomiesoftheBRICScountriesandthechangesintheglobaleconomicstructure.Thisconceptwasfirststart
4、ingin2001,GoldmanSachsresearcherscompletedaresearchreport・Thereportobserved200yearsfouremergingeconomiesofChina,India,Brazil,RussiaandotherBRICcountriesmarkedarapidgrowthinthefactsandontheassumptionthatitsrapidgrowthmomentumcontinuedfourcasesspeculatedthatthenewcentury'sfirstdecadeofgloba
