1、药剂学专业实验论文学校:青岛科技大学学院:化工学院专业班级:药物制剂09级1班指导老师:公衍玲姓名:郭明美学号:0901011628复方双黄连胶囊的研制郭明美,刘旗,陈艳青岛科技大学化工学院,山东青岛266042摘要:目的通过对复方双黄连胶囊制备的整个过程,掌握常用的中约提取方法及原理,旋转蒸发仪、真空干燥器的使用;熟悉湿法制粒过程;根据《屮国药典》规定掌握胶囊剂项下的质量检查项目和检查方法;掌握薄层色谱的操作技术、崩解仪、及紫外分光光度计的使用;利用统计法观察双黃连对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀的作用。方法水煎黒法提取金银花、连翘和黄苓,湿法制粒制备胶囊,薄层鉴别法进行胶囊剂鉴别,使用崩
2、解仪测定胶囊的崩解时限,双波长分光光度法测定双黄连胶囊屮黄苓首含量,用小鼠耳肿胀模型进行双黄连胶囊的药效学研究。结果四个组合作用水煎法提取中约共制得到复方双黄连胶囊40粒,胶囊质量符合要求,制备的胶囊具有抗炎作用。结论用水煎煮法提取屮药成分,制备出的复方双黄连胶囊对小鼠具抗炎作用,且药量越大,抗炎效果越好。关键词:复方双黄连,胶囊,湿法制粒,鉴别,检查,含量测定,药效学PreparationofcompoundShuanghuangliancapsulesGuoMingmci,LiuQi,ChcnYemCollegeofChemicalEngineering,QingdaoUniv
