1、众所周知,单相电机结构简单,成本低廉,运行可靠,维修方便,所以应用前景十分广阔。作为单相电机设计,如何能作到在满足主要性能指标的同时使成本降低,这既是电机设计人员的口标,更是以赢利为口的的生产企业的目标。单相电动机的设计问题一直存在我们生活屮,我们应该从单相电机的原理出发,对单相电机的体积容量,绕组设计,电磁计算,槽形的选择以及运行性能等多方而考虑,对单相电动机的等效电路和绕组展开图进行详细的了解和认真的学习,最后通过实例作了验证。不但在单相电机屮应用这样的方法,在生产和研究方面都应该一步步扎实的认真对待。本设计屮应用到电机设计的方法为从单相
2、电机的接线原理图、机械特性曲线、最大转距倍数、最初转距启动倍数、最初启动电流倍数、功率范围、额定电压、同步转速、结构特点、典型应用来研究单相电机的运行特点和应用条件,然后设计出耍求型号的电机。总Z,本文能以电机理论为基础,以工厂实际为先导,对单相电机设计做出初步的研究,另外,为了叙述方便,各部分所用符号不尽统一。关键词:单相电机电磁计算运行性能ABSTRACTAsweallknows,single-phasemotorhasasimplestructureandithasfeaturesoflowcost,reliableoperationa
