1、--毕业论文（2010届）私募股权投资对成长性企业的影响摘要私募股权投资是指投资于非上市公司股权，或者上市公司非公开交易股权的一种投资方式。当前中国经济仍然高速发展，国内资本市场的发展以及众多优质的中小企业吸引着海外私募股权投资基金纷纷涌入我国。另一方面，我国的法律环境日趋宽松，本土私募股权基金已有初步发展。所以正是利用私募股权投资基金，提升中小企业核心竞争力的好时期。本文在我国成长型中小企业面临着融资难，产业结构不合理，人才缺乏，经营管理不善等制约其持续发展壮大的困境的背景下，通过研究私募股权融资对中小企业在促进中小企业
