1、毕业论文（2010届）基于产业集群视角的中国塑料城物流发展模式探索I摘要随着现代物流在我国的快速发展，物流这个词也被落实到各个企业当中。加快现代物流在当代企业之中的落实，是促进企业物流健康有序的发展途径。伴随着产业集群内部的企业专业化分工，物流模式也从自营物流向外包物流模式转变。专业的第三方物流逐渐占据集群内部物流市场的主要位置，从而为集群内部企业减少占用资金、库存，降低物流成本，提高物流效率，为充分发挥社会资源起到了重要作用。产业集群的发展必然要求现代物流向信息化方向发展，即将网络技术应用于物流服务的各个环节，形成
2、集群内部管理的网络化和对外联系的网络化。本文从中国塑料城这一产业集群内部现状分析，通过对它现在乱、杂、差的传统型物流模式切入，讨论这种物流现状对中国塑料城发展的弊端，提出严重制约着中国塑料城的整体发展原因，再从另一方面说明现代物流在现代产业集群中的重要地位和作用。文章用现代物流的科学理论结合中国塑料城目前的物流状况，建立一个新型的物流发展模式——“统一管理、协同采购”管理模式，通过崭新的物流发展模式，大大节约了中国塑料城内部各企业原材料进货成本，提高了其竞争优势。关键词：产业集群；中国塑料城；统一管理、协同采购IIV
