1、基于无功电压分区的电压越限解决方案*舒坤林1,吴红斌1,叶斌2,石雪梅2,齐先军1(1.合肥工业大学电气与自动化工程学院,合肥230009;2.国网安徽省电力有限公司经济技术研究院,合肥230071)摘要:文章提出了一种分区处理电压越限的解决方案。传统的无功电压分区往往需经过多次分区及调整过程,文中通过牛顿拉夫逊潮流计算得到灵敏度矩阵,将PV节点和平衡节点加入由灵敏度矩阵形成的电气距离矩阵中,利用SAS(StatisticalAnalysisSystem)聚类分析只需一次聚类求取初始分区结果,再按照每个分区含有无功源的原则对分区
2、结果进行优化调整。针对节点无功电压调节灵敏度不同的特点,提出了由电气距离矩阵确定电容器最佳配置地点和系统发生电压越限时无功调节设备的动作次序的方案,将系统有功网损和电压合格率作为目标函数来确定无功设备的最优动作值。通过IEEE30算例系统表明分区处理电压越限可以减少无功设备的动作次数和加快越限节点电压的恢复,验证了该方法的有效性。关键词:无功电压分区;电压越限;分区优化调整;无功配置;动作次序SolutionsofVoltagevoltageBeyondbeyondLimitslimitsBasedbasedonReactive
