2、。⑵完成对关键铰点的布置，作业高度、作业幅度的计算，及整机稳定性的校核计算。并绘制出整机总体布局图。⑶臂架的结构设计，臂架的强度、刚度和稳定性计算，并用ANSYS软件进行臂架有限元分析。同时完成臂架系统装配图，一节臂、二节臂的装配图和相关零部件的工程图。⑷设计过程采用Pro/E软件进行三维实体建模，并进行装配，最后应用其工程图模块转化为二维工程图。本次设计的伸缩臂叉装车参考了JCB公司的JCB530型号伸缩臂叉装车的外形尺寸，并且严格按照《起重机金属结构》、《BS_EN_1459-1999》和《机械
