1、ChinaJMITSep2001Vol17No9#823#CT与MRI图像配准与融合技术在颅脑肿瘤的初步应用121李坤成,李永忠,赵富强,赵欣(1.首都医科大学宣武医院医学影像学部放射科,北京100053;2.首都医科大学生物医学工程学院)[摘要]目的探讨头颅CT与MRI图像配准融合技术在颅脑肿瘤的初步应用价值。方法18例颅脑肿瘤患者,包括男7例,女11例,年龄15~72岁、平均49岁。全部病例在7天内先后行CT和MRI扫描,其中脑膜瘤7例,胶质瘤6例,神经鞘瘤5例。CT和MRI图像均经SGI-OCTANE工作站系统处理,应用最大互信息法(mutuali
2、nformation)进行配准,然后从颅骨、血管、病变边缘、病变内部结构、病变与颅骨的关系,以及病变与周围血管的关系等六个方面对配准后图像与原始图像进行显像质量和信息量的比较判别。结果经最大互信息法配准处理后的图像显示病变与颅骨、病变与周围血管的关系方面优于原始的CT和MRI图像,而在显示颅骨、血管、病变本身的形态方面无显著优势。结论头颅CT与MRI配准图像可以增加颅脑肿瘤的诊断信息,应行进一步研究。[关键词]计算机体层摄影;磁共振成像;配准;颅脑肿瘤[中图分类号]R445;R739.41[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1003-3289(2001)09-0
