1、聚焦超声治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变的临床分析作者：何小丽单位：中南大学湘雅三医院，湖南长沙【摘要】目的：探讨聚焦超声治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变(NNEDV)的临床疗效。方法：将我院2006年6月至2007年9月NNEDV患者150例分为两组：120例行聚焦超声治疗(实验组)，30例行单纯药物治疗(对照组)，定期随访并评价其临床疗效。结果：两组均在治疗后3个月〜6个月评估。实验组中临床治愈40例(33.3%),有效74例(61.7%),总有效率95.0%,无效6例(5.0%),无效者予再次治疗，均达临床有效标
2、准；且不同病理类型间疗效比较无统计学差异，但病程越短、年龄越小其疗效越好。对照组中临床治愈2例(6.7%),有效15例(50%),总有效率53.3%,无效8例，加垂5例，无效率43.3%o结论：聚焦超声治疗技术是治疗NNEDV的-•种安全可行、有效无创的好方法。【关键词】外阴上皮内非瘤样病聚焦超声治疗疗效AClinicalAnalysisofFocusedurtrasoundtherapyinNonneoplasticepithelialdisordersofvulvaHEXiaoli,DENGXinl

5、larlyfollowedupandthetherapeuticefficacywasevaluated.ResultsAllpatientswereevaluatedinthe3〜6monthsaftertreatment.Intheexperimentalgroup,theresponseratewas95.0%.Amongtheeffectivepatients,40caseswerecompletelycured(33.3%)and74caseswereimproved(61.7%).Only6
6、patients(5%)hadnoresponsetothetherapy,whichweretreatedwiththesametherapyandstillhadagoodresponse.Thetherapeuticefficacywasnosignificantdifferenceamongdifferentpathologicaltypesofnonneoplasticepithelialdisordersofvulva(P>0・05)・Howvere,theshorterthehist
